Shipping policy

Emma Jean Jansen is based in Victoria, Australia and ships orders worldwide.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Processing time is typically 2–3 business days.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Destinations & Duties

• Australia – Orders ship via Australia Post by Express Post.
• United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) – All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, tariffs, and applicable taxes are collected at checkout and included in your order total. You won’t be charged extra at delivery.
• Other International Orders (DAP – Delivered At Place) – Orders outside Australia and the USA are shipped DAP. Local duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Carriers

We ship primarily with Australia Post.

Customs & Delays

• USA DDP shipments clear customs in advance; delays are rare.
• For other destinations, your customs authority may hold parcels for inspection. These delays are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos of packaging and product). We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
