- Processing time is typically 2ā3 business days.
- Youāll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Destinations & Duties
- AustraliaĀ ā Orders ship via Australia Post by Express Post.
- United States (DDP ā Delivered Duty Paid)Ā ā All US orders are shippedĀ Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, tariffs, and applicable taxes are collected at checkout and included in your order total. You wonāt be charged extra at delivery.
- Other International Orders (DAP ā Delivered At Place)Ā ā Orders outside Australia and the USA are shippedĀ DAP. Local duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Carriers
We ship primarily withĀ Australia Post.
Customs & Delays
- USA DDP shipments clear customs in advance; delays are rare.
- For other destinations, your customs authority may hold parcels for inspection. These delays are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos of packaging and product). Weāll work with you on a replacement or refund in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
